The Sierra Center for Readiness partners with organizations throughout the Western United States to strengthen preparedness through planning, exercises, assessments, and consulting.

Exercise Design & Facilitation

We design and facilitate seminars, workshops, tabletop exercises, functional exercises, after-action reviews, and improvement planning tailored to each organization.

Planning & Preparedness

Services include emergency operations planning, medical surge planning, continuity planning, hazard vulnerability analyses, healthcare preparedness, and readiness assessments.
